Series premiered on August 11, 1991. It was created by Arlene Klasky, Gabor Csupo, and Paul Germain. Rugrats visualize ordinary, everyday activities throught the eyes of a group of toddlers. Using their imaginations, the babies transform routine tasks into surprising adventures.
My favorite character was always Tommy, although I always got "Angelica, oh like the Rugrats!?" So I was always and sometimes still are associated with Angelica's mean character

Cynthia: Angelica's doll.
Fluffy: cat. Angelica's pet.
Chas Finster: Chucky's father. stereotypically nerdy, mild mannered, and widow.
Kira: loving and caring. Chas' new wife.
Chucky: shy and coward. Tommy's bestfriend.
Kimi: adventurous and playful. Chucky's step sister.
Betty DeVille: masculinely-natured mother. Phil and Lil's mother.
Howard de Ville: mild mannered, soft spoken father. Phil and Lil's father.
Phil and Dil: adeventurous twins. Worm-eaters. Tommy's friends.
Susie: kindhearted. Angelica's school mate.
